Returns & Refund Information

 Items can be returned within 21 days of delivery for a store credit or refund. This excludes clearance items (unless faulty).

 We want to find a new home for your activewear, which is why we request that all items are returned in original, unworn condition with tags attached. That means items returned with makeup stains, deodorant marks, or pet hair will not be accepted and will be returned to you!

• Kathyana is not responsible for return shipping charges and initial shipping charges will not be refunded if a refund is requested.

 Black Friday/Cyber Monday orders are all final sale. 

 Did you receive an item that you believe is faulty (damaged or incorrect item)? Please contact our team via email kathyanasportswear@gmail.com with clear pictures, a detailed description of the fault, as well as the order number and email address associated with the purchase. If the item is found to be defective, we will refund the cost of return and arrange a replacement or refund.

 Items can be returned or exchanged in store under the same conditions mentioned above, please have email confirmation ready to show our team upon arrival.
