Shipping policy
Pick Up In Store (Commerce, CA): Order name and billing information must match and be shown at time of pick up. If order is not picked up within 7 days, your order will be cancelled. Pickup hours are between 10am-5pm Monday - Friday and between 10am-3pm on Saturday at our showroom.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped in the order they were received, Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
If your order has been flagged in our system as “high risk” fraud, you may be asked for purchase verification and your order processing may be delayed additional business days. If no response has been made within 1 week, the order will be cancelled.
Orders with out of stock item(s) will receive a store credit in place of out of stock item, so that the package can be shipped the same day.
Kathyana does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. Damaged packages, upon delivery, require a claim to the carrier as we are not liable for damaged packages.
Return to Sender Packages: Please make sure you enter in your correct shipping address. If the package cannot be delivered and is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay the shipping cost again to resend your package. If there is no reply for 1 week, the order will be cancelled and a 10% restocking fee, as well as the shipping, will be deducted from the refund.
